Each module carries a central question, guided readings, Catechism references, a medical case, reflection, prayer, ministry application and a knowledge check.

Who am I becoming?
Medicine can be entered as a career, practiced as a profession, and lived as a vocation. This module asks future physicians to name honestly why they chose medicine, and to begin seeing clinical competence as an expression of a calling rooted in the dignity of the human person.

How do I steward what God has given me?
Academic excellence is not approached here as productivity optimization. It is approached as stewardship: intelligence, opportunity, time and health are entrusted gifts, and future patients will depend on how seriously they are cultivated.

Prayer, Discernment & Spiritual Depth
Who am I becoming before the pressure arrives?
Hard decisions reveal formation; they rarely create it. This module builds the interior life of the physician — prayer, silence, Scripture, wise counsel and a personal rule of life — before crisis makes formation urgent.

Foundations of Catholic Medical Bioethics
How do I reason morally?
Moral reasoning is a skill that can be taught. This module introduces the moral act — object, intention, circumstances — along with natural law, conscience, cooperation and double effect, giving students a reliable structure for ethical analysis.

Protecting Human Life — Beginning & End of Life
How should future physicians respond when human life is vulnerable?
The most demanding questions in medicine arrive when life is most fragile. This module identifies the beginning- and end-of-life questions students will face, and teaches how to investigate them with clinical accuracy and moral clarity.

Conscience, Courage & Professional Integrity
What happens when convictions meet professional pressure?
Conviction is tested in evaluations, rotations, residency applications and institutional policy. This module trains students to object conscientiously with competence, charity and professionalism — and to know the appropriate channels.

Building & Sustaining a Medical Ministry
How do we build something strong enough to outlast us?
Groups depend on enthusiasm; ministries depend on structure. This module covers covenant, leadership, rhythm, mentorship, documentation and succession so the cohort survives graduation.

How do we lead, fund, grow, and hand this mission forward?
Servant leadership is learned in public: speaking clearly, building partnerships, raising resources honestly, planning events, and forming the leaders who will replace you.
